"Shipping was just okay"
I got my order, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but you do start checking the tracking more than you’d like after a while...

I really wanted to like mindbodygreen, but it feels like the same issue again — lots of nice wellness and conscious-living language, but not much to back it up. I was hoping for clearer details on packaging, sourcing, and what kind of actual impact they’re having, but it all feels vague. At this point I’m just tired of brands leaning into the green image without showing the real work behind it. For a site that talks so much about mindful living, I expected a lot more transparency.

"Not a lot to pick from"
I went on Mindbodygreen thinking there would be a bigger selection, but it felt limited. A lot of products looked almost the same, and if you’re trying to find a specific thing, there just isn’t the much variety.
For wellness site, I expected more brands and better choices overall. I clicked around for bit, but nothing really stood out, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Not really for me"
I tried the powder. Mixed it up, took a few sips... and yeah, the taste just wasn’t great. Kind of chalky, a little too sweet, and then there was this weird aftertaste that stuck around. Not the worst thing ever, but not something I’d want to keep drinking. I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Canceling was more hassle than expected"
The products themselves are good, and I did not have any real issues with them. But canceling my subscription was kind of annoying because it took more clicks than I expected. Support did get back to me, but it was not exactly fast.

I really wanted to like mindbodygreen, but my experience just wasn’t great. I placed an order and ended up having trouble getting clear updates, and when I reached out for support, it felt slow and not very helpful. I don’t mind waiting if there’s good communication, but the whole thing left me feeling frustrated and let down. i was excited to try them, so it was disappointing. Unless things improve, I don’t think I’d use mindbodygreen again.

"Slow fix, but they did come through"
It definitely took longer than I wanted, and I was frustrated at first. But to be fair, they did eventually fix my issue, so I can’t really complain too much. Not the fastest experience, but it worked out in the end.

"Good articles, rough on mobile"
I actually enjoy some of the mindbodygreen articles when I can sit down and read them properly, but on my phone the experience gets frustrating. The pages take a while to load, pop-ups keep covering what I’m trying to read, and the scrolling feels kind of jumpy. If I’m on a laptop, it’s not as big of a deal, but when I’m just trying to quickly read something on mobile, I usually end up closing it before I finish.

My refund did take a while to come through, not gonna lie, but I did get it eventually. So yeah, a little slow but it worked out in the end.

There’s definitely some useful stuff here, especially if you’re trying to get the basics down. But, yeah... a few of the articles felt a little too surface-level for what I was hoping for.

I’ve found some of the articles to be helpful, and there’s definitely useful stuff in there. That said, for the price, I guess I was expecting a bit more overall value. It’s not bad at all, just maybe a little pricey for what you get.

"Bad packaging ruined my plans"
I was frustrated when my order arrived. The box was crushed, the packaging inside was a mess, and one of the items had powder or dust all over it like it hadn’t been sealed properly. I had planned to use it that day, so having it show up looking like that completely threw off my plans. For the price, I really expected it to be packed with more care. The product itself might be fine, but the delivery and packaging made the whole thing feel cheap. Giving it 1 star because of that

"I went in assuming my mindbodygreen account..."
I went in assuming my mindbodygreen account would be straightforward to manage, it mostly backed up what I already thought. I changed my email and checked my subscription details without having to hunt around forever, which was nice.

The only hiccup was one page loading kind of slow, and I had to refresh before the update actually showed up. Not a huge deal, and since I already expected the account tools to be decent, it didn’t really change my overall impression. Good experience.

"Mixes alright, but gets a little gritty"
It starts off smooth, but uh, by the end it does get a bit gritty. I’ve noticed it mixes way better in a blender than just shaking it up with water.

"Delivery was way more frustrating than expected"
I ordered from mindbodygreen and the delivery ended up taking a lot longer than the estimate. it’s not even about the wait itself, it’s more that the tracking barely updated and I had no real idea what was going on. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either. Just felt like more hassle than it was worth, so I don’t think I’d order again.
